About BOH Tea
BOH Tea has been grown in the Cameron Highlands since 1929, making it Malaysia's oldest and most established tea brand. The company's plantations sit at elevations above 1,500 metres, and the cooler climate produces a lighter, more fragrant brew than the robust teas of Sri Lanka or India. The classic BOH black tea is the foundation, but the flavoured range — jasmine, passion fruit, mango, lemon, chamomile and Earl Grey — makes for varied gift giving.
A box of 20 tea bags costs RM8 to RM12, and premium loose-leaf varieties go up to RM20. BOH is available at every supermarket in KL, making it one of the easiest products to pick up without a special trip. Central Market also stocks gift-packaged sets. The tea is lightweight, compact and has a shelf life of 12 to 24 months — ideal characteristics for a travel souvenir. BOH is halal-certified.

BOH Cameron Highlands tea is the quintessential Malaysian souvenir. Picked up the Seri Songket variety at RM12 per box of 20 sachets from Jaya Grocer. The flavoured range with lemon, lime and ginger at RM15 each makes excellent gifts. Lightweight and easy to pack.

Bought the BOH loose-leaf Gold Blend at RM18 for 200g at Central Market. Much richer flavour than the standard teabags. The tin packaging looks premium enough for gifting. Also tried the new iced tea sachets at RM10 for 8 packs, perfect for tropical climates.

The BOH Earl Grey at RM9 per box is outstanding value. Bought eight boxes at a supermarket for friends and colleagues. The Palas Supreme single-estate tea at RM20 is their premium offering and worth it for tea enthusiasts. All supermarkets in KL carry the full BOH range.

Good quality tea at reasonable prices. The standard BOH teabags at RM8 per box of 50 are the best value. The specialty flavours at RM15 are nice but small boxes of only 20 sachets. Check supermarket prices before buying at tourist shops, where they sometimes mark up by 20-30 percent.

The BOH chamomile blend at RM12 was a lovely find. The packaging has been refreshed and looks quite gift-worthy now. Grabbed the Cameron Highlands sampler set at RM16 with four different varieties. Available at every supermarket, convenience store and Central Market stall.
