About Electric Boulevard
Electric Boulevard is the open-air bar and restaurant strip that runs through the centre of the TREC complex. Rather than a single venue, it is a walkable stretch of bars, food outlets and pop-up concepts that serve as the pre-game zone before the larger clubs open at 10 pm. The atmosphere is more relaxed than the enclosed venues, with outdoor seating, live music at certain spots and a casual dress code.
Entry to the strip is free, and individual bar cover charges rarely exceed RM30. Drinks are moderately priced — beers from RM18, cocktails from RM30. The boulevard opens in the late afternoon and runs until 3 am, making it the longest-operating area within TREC. It is a good starting point for a TREC evening: grab drinks here, survey the crowd, then move to Spark KL, Fuze or Havana when the clubs open.
What to Order at Electric Boulevard
Electric Boulevard offers a menu that changes with seasonal ingredients and availability. Below are the typical items you can expect. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may vary.
- Signature dish (RM15–25) — The house specialty and most popular order. Ask staff for the day's recommendation if it rotates.
- Set meal (RM20–35) — A main course paired with a drink. Good value for a full meal.
- Drinks (RM5–15) — Coffee, tea, fresh juice and soft drinks. Specialty coffees cost slightly more.
- Dessert (RM8–18) — Daily selection that changes regularly. Worth asking what's freshly made.
Prices are approximate and were last checked in October 2026. The venue may adjust pricing without notice.

The open-air concept at Electric Boulevard is brilliant for KL's warm nights. Walked the full strip at TREC and sampled three different venues without any cover charge. Each spot had its own DJ playing different genres from house to hip-hop. Great for groups who want options.

Love that you can move between venues without being stuck inside one club. The LED installations along the boulevard are impressive. Drinks are standard TREC prices, around RM30-40 for cocktails. Gets busy after 11 pm on Saturdays. Dress code is smart casual at most spots.

★★★☆☆July 2026
Good atmosphere but individual venue cover charges add up if you want to go inside the bigger clubs along the strip. The outdoor bars are free entry though. Sound bleed between venues can be a bit much. Parking at TREC is RM5 flat rate after 6 pm.

Perfect starting point for a night at TREC. We grabbed drinks at one of the boulevard bars before heading into the main clubs. The resident DJs on the strip play crowd-friendly EDM. Cover at the individual indoor venues was RM20-30 and included a drink.

The al-fresco drinking scene here is the best in KL. Went on a Wednesday and it was pleasantly uncrowded. Live acoustic sets at one end, electronic beats at the other. Bottle service available at the VIP sections starting around RM500. Easy to get a Grab home from the TREC pickup point.
